Belonging can mean different things to different people, but when we feel seen, heard, and included, we thrive! Our paint and sip sessions celebrate diversity, intersectionality, and allyship through art by allowing people to embrace the similarities and differences they share with others.  We amplify the art of diverse talent and create opportunity for intentional and thoughtful discussion. 

This type of bonding has proven to be beneficial in employee engagement, productivity and retention.  When people with different or similar identities have the opportunity to connect outside of the usual channels, they strengthen relationships.

Each session lasts about 90 minutes and provides plenty of opportunities for everyone to participate, ask questions, and get to know each other better.

The events are completely customizable and have something for everyone. They are ideal for team building exercises, employee resource Group events, heritage or acknowledgement month celebrations, or simply opportunities to strengthen allyship relationships, among other things.
