Ingredients (Crust):

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Âľ cup almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp. Sofrito Blend

Toppings (Get Creative!):

  • ½ cup sugar-free marinara or pizza sauce

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • Pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, or whatever your heart desires. I love a good fridge clean up pizza

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a pizza stone if you fancy.

  2. Melt the cheeses. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella for about 45 seconds. Stir until smooth.

  3. Mix in the dry. Add almond flour, egg, sofrito blend. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to knead it a bit—don’t be afraid to get your hands in there!

  4. Form the crust. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll into your desired pizza shape and thickness.

  5. Pre-bake the crust for about 8–10 minutes or until slightly golden.
